Emerging Producers
Emerging Producers is an educational and promotional workshop, organised since 2012 by Jihlava International Documentary Film Festival, Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival as part of its Industry Programme. The project is focused on the support of talented European documentary film producers by helping them with orientation in the film market, creating the space for coproduction, and arranging the contact with leading film professionals. It is the only programme of its kind designed for documentary film producers in Europe. Every year, 18 documentary film producers are selected from Europe and one non-European guest country (Morocco in 2018, Chile in 2019). The workshop has two parts - the first one takes place at the end of October in Jihlava, Czech Republic during the Jihlava International Documentary Film Festival, Ji.hlava IDFF, the second one takes place in February of the following year in Berlin. Emerging Producers 2017
''Emerging'' is the title of the only album by the Phil Keaggy, Phil Keaggy Band, released in 1977 on NewSong Records. The album's release was delayed due to a shift in record pressing plant priorities following the death of Elvis Presley. The album was re-released on CD in 2000 as ''ReEmerging'' with one original track omitted and four newly recorded songs by the band members. Jihlava International Documentary Film Festival
Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival ( cs, Mezinárodní festival dokumentárních filmů Ji.hlava), known as MFDF Ji.hlava or Ji.hlava IDFF, is a documentary film festival in Jihlava, Czech Republic, normally held in late October. The 25th edition of the festival will run from 26 to 31 October 2021. The 2018 festival was attended by over 40,000 visitors from over 80 countries. More than 1,000 film professionals took part in the Ji.hlava Industry Programme, which includes projects such as Emerging Producers, Festival Identity, and Conference Fascinations. In 2020, the festival presented 325 films. The festival was founded in 1997 by a group of Jihlava high school students led by Marek Hovorka, who has been the director of the festival since then. Jihlava (; german: Iglau) is a city in the Czech Republic. It has about 50,000 inhabitants. Jihlava is the capital of the Vysočina Region, situated on the Jihlava River on the historical border between Moravia and Bohemia. Amra is the name of certain ancient Irish elegies or panegyrics on native saints. The best known is ''Amra Coluimb Chille'' (the song of Columbkille). Heino Deckert
Heinz Georg Kramm (born 13 December 1938), known professionally as Heino, is a German singer of Schlager and traditional Volksmusik. Having sold a total of over 50 million records, he is one of the most successful German musicians of all time. Heino is known for his baritone voice and trademark combination of light blond hair and dark sunglasses (which he wears due to exophthalmos). The sibyls (, singular ) were prophetesses or oracles in Ancient Greece. The sibyls prophesied at holy sites. A sibyl at Delphi has been dated to as early as the eleventh century BC by PausaniasPausanias 10.12.1 when he described local traditions in his writings from the second century AD. Rebecca O'Brien
Rebecca O'Brien (born 1957) is a BAFTA-winning film producer, known especially for her work with Ken Loach. O'Brien was born in London, England. Together with Loach and scriptwriter Paul Laverty, she runs the production company Sixteen Films, formed in 2002.
