Emanuele Concetti
Emanuele Concetti (born 6 March 1978) is an Italian footballer goalkeeper. Career Concetti started his professional career at Lazio. In mid-2000, he was loaned to Arezzo. During the 2002–03 season, he was initially a backup for Angelo Peruzzi and Luca Marchegiani, although he played once for Lazio in the UEFA Cup, against FC Red Star Belgrade. In June 2003, he joined Perugia but loaned to Catania at the start of season, as Lorenzo Squizzi's backup. In January 2005, he left for Lodigiani and in January 2006 for Sambenedettese, replacing Antonio Rosati and compete the first choice with Domenico Di Dio. In mid-2006, he joined Monza of Serie C1, as the first choice goalkeeper, ahead Fabio Carrara. In January 2007, he was loaned to Chievo, replacing Mattia Passarini, again as Lorenzo Squizzi's backup. Mattia Passarini
Mattia Passarini (born 29 July 1980 in Verona) is an Italian football goalkeeper. He plays for Chievo. Football career A Verona native, Passarini started his career at Chievo but spent much of it on loan to various clubs. He played two seasons with the AC Fiorentina youth team, before leaving on loan to Sassuolo of Serie C2. He spent a season with Chievo ( 2002–03), before going on loan to Paternò (Serie C1) and Ancona (Serie C2). He spent another half season with Chievo since the summer of 2006, before going on loan again to Cremonese of Serie C1 in January 2007. He finally made his Chievo and Serie B debut during 2007–08 season. That season he worked as Lorenzo Squizzi's backup along with Gabriele Aldegani. The 2000 Supercoppa Italiana was a match contested by the 1999–2000 Serie A winners Lazio and the 1999–2000 Coppa Italia runners-up Internazionale. The ("Italy Cup") is an annual knockout cup competition in Italian football organized by the FIGC until the 2009–10 season and the Lega Serie A ever since. History The beginning of the tournament was turbulent, due to the complexity of the participation of the teams in the tournament, since its inception in 1921, the Italian championship was divided into two groups. On the one hand the CCI Championship (Italian Football Confederation) and on the other the FIGC championship ( Italian Football Federation). The 1999–2000 Serie A (known as the Serie A TIM for sponsorship reasons) was the 98th season of top-tier Italian football, the 68th in a round-robin tournament. It was contested by 18 teams. By late March, Juventus topped the table by nine points over Lazio with only eight games remaining, but they lost to Milan, to Lazio at the Stadio delle Alpi, and to Hellas Verona, with Lazio only dropping two points, against Fiorentina. The 1999 UEFA Super Cup was a football match played on 27 August 1999 between the 1998–99 UEFA Champions League winners, Manchester United, and Lazio, winners of the 1998–99 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup. Against the odds, Lazio won the match 1–0, the winning goal coming from Chilean striker Marcelo Salas in the 35th minute. UEFA Cup Winners' Cup
The UEFA Cup Winners' Cup was a European football club competition contested annually by the winners of domestic cup competitions. The cup was, chronologically, the second seasonal inter-European club competition organised by UEFA. The tournament ran for 39 seasons, with the final edition held in 1998–99, after which it was discontinued. The first tournament was held in 1960–61, but it was organised by the Mitropa Cup's Organising Committee and not recognised by the governing body of European football until 1963, when it was accepted as a UEFA competition on the initiative of the Italian Football Federation (FIGC).
