Elisabeth Slettum
Elisabeth Slettum (born 31 August 1986) is a Norwegian athlete who specialized in the 200 metres, later the 400 metres hurdles. Individually she finished sixth at the 2003 European Youth Olympic Festival. She competed at the 2004 World Junior Championships, the 2005 European Indoor Championships, the 2005 European Junior Championships, the 2006 European Championships, the 2007 European U23 Championships and the 2014 European Championships without reaching the final. At the Norwegian championships she won gold in 2005–2009 and 2014–2015, and also took four silver medals and one bronze. In the 100 metres she has six silver medals and one bronze medal. She represents the club IL Skjalg. Her personal best times are 11.73 in the 100 metres, achieved in August 2013 at Bislett stadion and 23.48 in the 200 metres, achieved at the 2007 European U23 Championships in Debrecen. Folake Akinyemi (born 31 March 1990) is a retired Nigerian-Norwegian sprinter who specialized in the 100 and 200 metres. She was born in Lagos. A promising junior, she finished fourth in the 100 metres at the 2007 European Youth Olympic Festival, and at the 2009 European Junior Championships she won the silver medal in the 100 metres and finished sixth in the 200 metres. Karsten Warholm (; born 28 February 1996) is a Norwegian sprinter who competes in the 400 metres and 400 m hurdles. He’s the world record holder in the latter event. In July 2021, he broke the 29-year-old world record in 400 metres hurdles. The following month at the 2020 Summer Olympics, he won the gold medal in the 400 metres hurdles with a time of 45.94 seconds, breaking his own world record by over three-quarters of a second. Amalie Iuel
Amalie Hammild Iuel (born 17 April 1994) is a Danish-Norwegian hurdler. She represented Norway in the women's 400 metres hurdles at the 2015 World Championships in Athletics, but was eliminated in the heats. Biography Amalie Iuel was born in Denmark to a Danish mother and a Danish-Norwegian father; the family moved to Norway when she was two years old, and she spent most of her childhood there. The Iuels left Norway when Amalie was twelve due to the demands of her father's job with Telenor; they first moved to Namibia, and later Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates and Thailand.
