Eliane Sampaio
Eliane Rosa Sampaio (born 11 May 1992) is a Brazilian individual rhythmic gymnast. She represents her nation at international competitions. She competed at world championships, including at the 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2014 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships. In 2013, Eliane Sampaio and the other members of the Brazilian group — Beatriz Pomini, Bianca Mendonça, Debora Falda, Francielly Pereira and Gabrielle Silva — earned the bronze medal on the 3 balls + 2 ribbons routine at the Minsk stage of the 2013 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup Series. Camila Ferezin
Camila Ferezin (born 18 April 1977) is a former rhythmic gymnast and the current coach of the Brazilian national senior group. In her gymnast career, she was a member of the group that won Brazil's first Pan American Games gold medal in 1999, she also competed at the 2000 Summer Olympics. Career As a child Camila and her sister Alessandra, who would also be a member of the group at the 2000 Olympics, watched rhythmic gymnastics trainings while waiting for their parents to pick them up from school. Soon after she started training under Elizabeth Laffranchi in Londrina. In 1989 she was already national champion in groups. Her first major appearance came in 1991, when she was called up to compete in the Pan American Games in Havana, even though she was still competing in the junior division. 2013 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup Series
The 2013 FIG World Cup circuit in Rhythmic Gymnastics includes one category A event (Sofia) and seven category B events. Apart from Tartu, Bucharest and Corbeil-Essonnes (individuals only), all events include both individual and group competitions, with all-around competitions serving as qualifications for the finals by apparatus. With stopovers in Europe only, the competitions took place on 8 – 10 February in Tartu (EST), 3 – 6 April in Lisbon (POR), 19 – 21 April April in Bucharest (ROU), 26 – 28 April in Pesaro (ITA), 4 – 5 May in Sofia (BUL), 10 – 12 May in Corbeil-Essonnes (FRA), 17 – 19 May in Minsk (BLR) and 17 – 18 August in St Petersburg (RUS). Debora Falda
Debora Racing cars is a small French car builder, popular with private racing teams, based in Besançon, France. Teams generally use their chassis to take part in Le Mans style endurance racing such as Magny Cours, Jarama and le Mans. Drivers also tend to be French with Bruno Boccard and David Dusseau being two of the more famous. Debora use an LMP Le Mans Prototype type 1 body shell over a mid-engined chassis with open driving seat in the bodywork. Their Type 2 LMP with closed bodywork owes much to the Courage and is a truly beautiful piece of engineering. 2014 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships
The 2014 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships, the 33rd edition, was held in İzmir, Turkey, from September 21 to 28, 2014 at the İzmir Halkapınar Sport Hall. Yana Kudryavtseva of the Russian Federation became the youngest rhythmic gymnast to win back-to-back individual all-around titles in the World Championships at 16 years old. She was also awarded the Longines Prize for elegance, which saw her receive $5,000, a statue by Swiss artist Jean-Pierre Gerber, and a watch. 2011 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships
The 2011 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships was held in Montpellier, France, from September 19–25, 2011 at the Arena Montpellier. Only the top 24 groups from the 2010 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships were allowed to take part in the group competition this time. These championships were the first qualifying event for the 2012 Olympics which will be held in London. In the group all-around competition, the top 6 teams qualified directly for the Group Competition at the 2012 Olympics, while teams placed 7th to 12th will get a second chance to qualify at the London test event in January 2012 for additional four spots. In Individual all-around, the top 15 gymnasts in the World Championships earned a place in the Olympic competition for their respective countries (subject to a maximum of two per country) with further 5 places to be decided at the test event (maximum one per country).
