Camila Ferezin
Camila Ferezin (born 18 April 1977) is a former rhythmic gymnast and the current coach of the Brazilian national senior group. In her gymnast career, she was a member of the group that won Brazil's first Pan American Games gold medal in 1999, she also competed at the 2000 Summer Olympics. Career As a child Camila and her sister Alessandra, who would also be a member of the group at the 2000 Olympics, watched rhythmic gymnastics trainings while waiting for their parents to pick them up from school. Soon after she started training under Elizabeth Laffranchi in Londrina. In 1989 she was already national champion in groups. Her first major appearance came in 1991, when she was called up to compete in the Pan American Games in Havana, even though she was still competing in the junior division. Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup
The Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup is a competition for rhythmic gymnastics sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG). It is one of the few tournaments in rhythmic gymnastics officially organized by FIG, as well as the World Championships (including the Junior World Championships), the gymnastics competitions at the Olympic Games and the Youth Olympics, and the rhythmic gymnastics events at the World Games. The World Cup series should not be confused with the Rhythmic Gymnastics Grand Prix series, which is neither officially organized nor promoted by FIG. The 2011 Pan American Games, officially the XVI Pan American Games, was an international multi-sport event that was held from October 14–30, 2011, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Dayane Camilo
Dayane Camillo da Silva (born 15 December 1977) is a retired Brazilian rhythmic gymnast. She competed at two Olympic Games. Biography Dayane took up rhythmic gymnastics at age six encouraged to do so by her mother, who was a physical education teacher. At age 12 she was already competing at the World Championships. Her first major appearance came in 1995 Pan American Games in Mar del Plata she won the bronze medal in the group All-Around. In 1996 she was part of the Brazilian team that won gold at the South American Championships with Camila Ferezin, where she also won silver in the All-Around. Thalita Nakadomari
Thalita Santos Nakadomari (born 11 May 1985) is a retired Brazilian rhythmic gymnast. She is a three time Pan American Games gold medalist. Biography Thalita began practicing gymnastics at the age of seven, after her teacher saw her playing and noticed her abilities for the sport. By age 14 she was part of the Brazilian national team. She was selected to compete at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney in the group competition alongside Natália Scherer, Flávia de Faria, Alessandra Ferezin, Dayane Camilo and Camila Ferezin. They placed 7th in the qualifying round and 8th in the final. This was the first time Brazil's group qualified for the Olympics.
