Elfie Simchen (born 11 July 1967) is a German freestyle skier. She was born in Ludwigsburg. She competed at the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, in women's aerials. Ludwigsburg (; Swabian: ''Ludisburg'') is a city in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, about north of Stuttgart city centre, near the river Neckar. It is the largest and primary city of the Ludwigsburg district with about 88,000 inhabitants. The FIS Freestyle World Ski Championships is the world championship organized by the FIS for freestyle skiing. It was first organized in 1986 and is now held every odd year.
