Reggaeton
Reggaeton (, ), also known as reggaetón and reguetón (), is a music style that originated in Panama during the late 1980s. It was later popularized in Puerto Rico. It has evolved from dancehall and has been influenced by American Hip hop music, hip hop, Latin American music, Latin American, and Caribbean music. Jowell & Randy are a Puerto Rican reggaeton duo composed of Joel Muñoz (born March 3, 1982) and Randy Ortiz (born July 16, 1983). Miguel de Jesús (born September 19, 1981, Ponce, Puerto Rico), also known as Guelo Star, is a Puerto Rican reggaeton rapper, singer, lyricist, occasional producer and promoter. In his musical career, he has worked with artists such as Daddy Yankee, Pipe Calderón, De La Ghetto, Jowell & Randy, Wisin, Don Omar and Ivy Queen. Tres Coronas (alternatively known by the nickname Triple Crown) were a group of three Master of ceremonies, MCs, formed in early 2001 in Queens, New York, composed of the New Yorkers/Colombian Luis Alfonso Fonseca known as PoNchO or P.N.O a.k.a. Miguel Ángel Durán Jr. (born September 24, 1981) known by his stage name as Fuego ("fire"), is an American singer, songwriter and founder of Fireboy Inc./Sauce Gang. He is currently signed to Lionfish Entertainment. Early life Durán was born to Dominican parents in Washington, D.C. and was raised in Langley Park, Maryland.
