Guelo Star
Miguel de Jesús (born September 19, 1981, Ponce, Puerto Rico), also known as Guelo Star, is a Puerto Rican reggaeton rapper, singer, lyricist, occasional producer and promoter. In his musical career, he has worked with artists such as Daddy Yankee, Pipe Calderón, De La Ghetto, Jowell & Randy, Wisin, Don Omar and Ivy Queen. He has been recognized three times for his compositions at the ASCAP Awards. Professional career He began his music career writing and producing for other artists, establishing himself in the world of reggaeton and rap. Initially, he was a part duo of Jamsha & Guelo Star: Los Puti-Puerkos. He started out working with DJ Blass on albums like @ria 51: Aliados Al Escuadron (1999) and Reggaeton Sex Vol. 2 (2000). El Abayarde Contraataca
''El Abayarde Contraataca'' is the third studio album by Tego Calderón. It was released on August 28, 2007. The tracks in the album are a fusion of African and Caribbean rhythms, including salsa, merengue, Colombian and Venezuelan sounds. Tego's first single is " Tradicional A Lo Bravo", produced by Almonte and is proposed from his MySpace page. This album received a nomination for a Grammy Award for Best Latin Urban Album. Release and promotion Tego Calderón released three singles for ''El Abayarde Contraataca'', and they were all major singles. "Pepas" is a guaracha song by Puerto Rican singer-songwriter Farruko from his studio album ''La 167''. It was released as single on June 24, 2021, via Sony Music Latin. It reached No. 25 on the US ''Billboard'' Hot 100 and number one on the US Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart, becoming Farruko's highest-charting single to date. An official remix was released by David Guetta. Background Farruko called the song, a "total experiment".
