Bülent Eken
Bülent Eken (26 October 1923 – 25 July 2016) was a Turkish footballer and coach. He played most of his career at Galatasaray SK, but also played for Salernitana and Palermo in Italy. After his career he became a manager and he coached in Italy, In 1967, he went to Turkey as an assistant coach for Galatasaray SK. He coached the Turkey national football team during 1962. He represented his country at the 1948 Summer Olympics and the 1954 FIFA World Cup. Eken died on 25 July 2016, nineteen days after the death of his teammate Turgay Şeren. Bernhard Kent Eken ( ; born December 12, 1963) is a Minnesota politician and former member of the Minnesota Senate. A member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL), he represented Minnesota Senate, District 4, District 4, which includes portions of Becker County, Minnesota, Becker, Clay County, Minnesota, Clay, and Norman County, Minnesota, Norman counties in the northwestern part of the state. Korkut Eken
Korkut Eken (born 1945) is a former Turkish military officer and National Intelligence Organization (MİT) agent. He became involved in the Susurluk scandal in Turkey after some of his subordinates, notably Ayhan Çarkın, were convicted of extrajudicial killings. In 2001, among the first convictions arising from the scandal, Eken was found guilty of establishing and managing a criminal gang with the aim of "creating panic in society" and sentenced to six years in prison. Career Eken joined the Turkish Military Academy in 1963. He took part in the Cyprus landings on 20 July 1974. He joined the Special Warfare Department ( tr, Özel Harp Dairesi) in 1978. Reha Eken
Mehmet Reha Eken (1 January 1925 – 19 August 2013) was a Turkish professional footballer who played as a forward. He was strongly associated with Galatasaray Istanbul because of his long career at the club. On fan club pages he is regarded as one of the greatest players in the club's history. In his four stakes for the Turkey national team, he scored six goals and has with 1.5 the best goal / game ratio of any Turkey national team player. He was also part of Turkey's squad for the football tournament at the 1948 Summer Olympics, but he did not play in any matches. Tommy Ekengren, born 17 July 1950 and more known as Tompa Eken, is one of the driving forces behind Kafé 44 in Stockholm and a central figure in the Stockholm punk and the garage rock scene. Prior to Kafe 44 Tompa was also one of the forces behind the Ultra house in Haninge, where he made the legendary ultra buns. Tompa still bakes them himself to each event and serves to both band and audience. In 1988 he was awarded the Dagens Nyheter's culture prize Guldkängan.
