Eibusu Yaohanbiyu
''Eibusu Yaohanbiyu'' (English: ''Let Me Join You'') is a 2015 Indian Meitei language film directed by Maipaksana Haorongbam and produced by Yumnam Hitalar (Neta) Singh, under the banner of Living Art, Chajing Productions. It is co-produced by Th. Sudhir Meetei and Oinam Inakhunbi Devi. The film won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Manipuri at the 63rd National Film Awards. It was officially selected for International Competition at 20th International Children's Film Festival, India (ICFFI). It also got selection at the 4th Brahmaputra Valley Film Festival 2016 and Habitat Film Festival 2016. Meitei Language
Meitei (), also known as Manipuri (, ), is a Tibeto-Burman language of north-eastern India. It is spoken by around 1.8 million people, predominantly in the state of Manipur, but also by smaller communities in the rest of the country and in parts of neighbouring Myanmar and Bangladesh. 63rd National Film Awards
The 63rd National Film Awards was an award ceremony during which the Directorate of Film Festivals of India presented its annual National Film Awards to honour the best films of 2015 in Indian cinema. The awards were announced on 28 March 2016 and the ceremony was held on 3 May 2016. Selection process The Directorate of Film Festivals invited nominations for the awards in January 2016. Brahmaputra Valley Film Festival
The 7 Sisters North East International Film Festival which previously called Brahmaputra Valley Film Festival (BVFF) is a film festival hosted in Guwahati, Assam, India annually since the year 2013. Short film contest A short film contest is organised as a part of this film festival. This is essentially to promote talent and stories from the region.
