Weather radar, also called weather surveillance radar (WSR) and Doppler weather radar, is a type of radar used to locate precipitation, calculate its motion, and estimate its type (rain, snow, hail etc.). WBQN (680 AM) is a radio station licensed to San Juan, Puerto Rico, broadcasting a news-talk format. The station serves as the flagship station of the Borinquen Radio News Network and is owned by Wifredo G. Blanco-Pi (d/b/a Grupo AM Puerto Rico).
