In a corporation, a stakeholder is a member of "groups without whose support the organization would cease to exist", as defined in the first usage of the word in a 1963 internal memorandum at the Stanford Research Institute. The theory was later developed and championed by R. Edward Freeman in the 1980s. Since then it has gained wide acceptance in business practice and in theorizing relating to strategic management, corporate governance, business purpose and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Toomas Luman (born 30 October 1959) is an Estonian entrepreneur. He has been the chairman of Nordecon's council. He is the chairman of Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Science Centre AHHAA ( Estonian: ''Teaduskeskus AHHAA'') is a science centre located in Tartu, Estonia, and is currently the largest science centre in the Baltic states. Lõunakeskus ('Southern Center') is a shopping and entertainment complex in Tartu, Estonia. It is the biggest shopping center in South Estonia. Snail Tower ( et, Tigutorn) is an apartment building in Tartu, Estonia. The tower resembles a gastropod shell, hence the name "snail tower".
