Edkham Shukriyevich Akbulatov (; tt-Cyrl, Әдһәм Шөкри улы Акбулатов; born 18 June 1960) is a Russian politician who had been the Mayor of Krasnoyarsk from 2012 to 2017. He is of Volga Tatar origin and is a Sunni Muslim. The Volga Tatars or simply Tatars ( tt-Cyrl, татарлар, tatarlar) are a Turkic ethnic group native to the Volga-Ural region of Russia. They are subdivided into various subgroups.
