Ed Dougherty
Edward Matthew "Doc" Dougherty (born November 4, 1947) is an American professional golfer who has played on the PGA Tour and Champions Tour. Dougherty was born in Chester, Pennsylvania. He was drafted into the Army after high school and served a tour of duty in Vietnam. Dougherty developed a serious interest in golf while stationed at Fort Lewis, Washington after returning from Southeast Asia. He turned pro in 1969. Dougherty had 19 top-10 finishes in PGA Tour events during his career including a win at the Deposit Guaranty Golf Classic in 1995, which one year earlier had become an official event. He had more than one million dollars in earnings during the regular years phase of his career. Dougherty began play on the Senior PGA Tour in the spring of 1998. With over 5.8 million dollars in official earnings after reaching the age of 50, he has enjoyed a far greater degree of success on the elite senior circuit as compared with his regular career. Gil Morgan
Gilmer Bryan Morgan II, OD (born September 25, 1946) is an American professional golfer. Morgan was born in Wewoka, Oklahoma. He graduated from East Central State College in Ada, Oklahoma in 1968. In 1972, Morgan earned a Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee before turning professional at golf later that year. He is a member of Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity. Morgan won seven events on the PGA Tour between 1977 and 1990. He was also one of the most consistent top five finishers during this period. He posted 21 2nd place and 21 3rd place finishes on the PGA Tour in his career. The most prestigious tournament he won on the PGA Tour was the 1978 World Series of Golf. Hugh Baiocchi
Hugh John Baiocchi (born 17 August 1946) is a South African professional golfer who has won more than 20 professional tournaments around the world. Professional career Baiocchi was born in Johannesburg. He turned professional in 1971 and spent his regular career playing mainly in Europe. He was a member of the European Tour from its first season in 1972 until 1993 and made the top one hundred on the Order of Merit for the Tour's first nineteen seasons, including three top ten placings: 1973 (3rd); 1975 (6th) and 1977 (2nd). He won six official money events on the tour. He also competed regularly on the Southern Africa Tour during the Northern Hemisphere winter, winning several tournaments there and winning the Order of Merit in 1978/79. Hale Irwin
Hale S. Irwin (born June 3, 1945) is an American professional golfer. He was one of the world's leading golfers from the mid-1970s to the mid-1980s. He is one of the few players in history to win three U.S. Opens, becoming the oldest ever U.S. Open champion in 1990 at the age of 45. The 3M Championship was a professional golf tournament in Minnesota on the PGA Tour Champions, played annually at the TPC Twin Cities in Blaine, a suburb north of Minneapolis. PGA Club Professional Championship
The PGA Professional Championship is a golf tournament for golf club professionals and teachers who are members of the Professional Golfers' Association of America. It has been held by the PGA of America since 1968, when touring professionals split off to found the PGA Tour. It was known as the PGA Club Professional Championship until 2006 and as the PGA Professional National Championship from 2006 through 2015 Sam Snead and Bob Rosburg are the only players to win a major championship and the PGA Professional Championship. The Philadelphia PGA Championship is the annual section championship of the Philadelphia Section of the PGA of America. It has been played since 1922 on courses throughout the Philadelphia area, including courses in Delaware and New Jersey. Billy Mayfair
William Fred Mayfair (born August 6, 1966) is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour. Early years and amateur career Mayfair was born in Phoenix, Arizona. Before his fifteenth birthday, he won numerous junior golf tournaments. In 1981, he was on the cover of ''Boys' Life'' magazine as "golf's junior hotshot". He attended Arizona State University and was a member of the golf team. He won the 1986 U.S. Amateur Public Links and the 1987 U.S. Amateur, defeating University of Tennessee graduate Eric Rebmann 4&3. He won the 1987 Haskins Award for the nation's top collegiate golfer.
