The National Capital Region (NCR; ) is a region centred upon the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi in India. Santosh Kumar Gangwar (born 1 November 1948) is an Indian politician currently serving as the Governor of Jharkhand. He is a former Minister of State with independent charge in the Ministry of Labour and Employment in the Government of India. Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is one of the two main statute, statutory social security bodies under the administrative control of Ministry of Labour and Employment (India), Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, the other being the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation.
