EBF Conference
The eBF conference is a three-day event that takes place every year in Ostrava, Czech Republic. It's the largest European conference focusing on the e-enabling of the procurement process and Eauctions. It's structured as an international meeting of procurement professionals from both the public and corporate sectors who, through seminars, workshops, and presentations, share experience, information, and knowledge from the worlds of E-procurement, eProcurement and Esourcing. The conference first took place in Ostrava in 2005 when it was a one-day single-topic event. Over the years it has developed and offers participants dozens of programme topics. In 2015 it took place for the 11th time and attracted approximately 400 participants. Shrewsbury Town Football Club is a professional association football club based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England. The team competes in League One, the third tier of English football. The club plays its home games at the New Meadow, having moved from the Gay Meadow in 2007. They have won the Shropshire Senior Cup a record 67 times and are the only club from the county to ever play in the Football League. Founded in 1886, the club were inaugural members of the Shropshire & District League in 1890 and then joined the Birmingham & District League five years later. The European Balloon Festival is the largest hot air balloon festival in Spain, and one of the largest in Europe. It takes place every year during the first fortnight of July in Igualada, Catalonia, Spain, a city located within 60 km from Barcelona. The festival lasts four days (Thursday to Sunday) and attracts thousands of spectators. It includes a hot air balloon competition and recreational exhibitions such as a night glow and fireworks. The flights take place early in the morning and late in the afternoon, when weather conditions are the optimal ones. It also offers visitors the opportunity to fly on a balloon, by booking a flight in advance. The European Baptist Federation (EBF) is a federation of 59 Baptist associations and is one of six regional fellowships in the Baptist World Alliance. The headquarters is in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
