Pratinidhi Sabha
The Pratinidhi (the Viceroy) was an important member of the ministry in the Maratha Empire. The title of ''Pratinidhi'' means ''the representative of the King,'' and such officials were entitled to sign and seal papers and to issue orders in the absence of the Ruler. Shivaji's ministry of the eight - the Ashta Pradhan did not include a Pratinidhi. Later the post of Pant Pratinidhi was created during the Rajaram I reign and a person holding this office exercised powers over all ministers of the Maratha court including the Peshwas. Mahendra Bahadur Shahi ( ne, महेन्द्र बहादुर शाही) is a Nepalese politician and former Chief Minister of Karnali, a province in western Nepal. He was member of the 1st Nepalese Constituent Assembly and as Minister of Energy, Nepal. He was unanimously selected as the Parliamentary Party leader of the CPN (MC) for Karnali on 14 February 2018. CPN (Maoist Centre)
The Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Centre) (), abbreviated CPN (Maoist Centre), CPN-Maoist Centre, CPN Maoist Centre, or CPN (MC), is the third largest political party in Nepal. It was founded in 1994 after breaking away from the Communist Party of Nepal (Unity Centre). Kalikot District ( ne, कालीकोट जिल्ला ), a part of Karnali province, is one of the seventy-seven districts of Nepal. The district, with Manma as its district headquarters, covers an area of , had a population of 105,580 in 2001 and 136,948 in 2011.
