Dolly Zegerius
Dolly Zegerius (26 July 1925 – September 18, 2019) was an Indonesian athlete who represented Indonesia at the 1980 Southeast Asian Games. Early life Zegerius was born on 26 July 1925 in the Netherlands and was raised in Huizen and Amsterdam. She came to Indonesia on 1 January 1947 where she met the Kobus sisters during their trip who held a charity concert together with her when Germany surrendered the Netherlands. Personal life Zegerius was married to the retired Major General Soetarjo Soerjosoemarno since 1943. Kanjeng Raden Ayu Soemarini Soerjosoemarno, now known as Marini Abdullah Burhan or simply Marini or Marini Sardi (born 2 November 1947) is an Indonesian singer and actress who has performed on stage and TV screens since the 1960s. She was born to Indonesian father Kanjeng Raden Mas Arjo Soetarjo Soerjosoemarno and Dutch mother Dolly Zegerius. She has recorded dozens of albums, both recorded in Indonesia and abroad for Polydor, Philips and EMI. Yapto Soelistyo Soerjosoemarno is an Indonesian politician who is known as the leader of Pancasila Youth, an organization of quasi-official political gangsters that supported the New Order military dictatorship of Soeharto, while also engaging in other lucrative but non-official criminal acts.
