Diogo Valente
Diogo Jorge Moreno Valente (born 23 September 1984) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a left winger for S.C. Salgueiros. He totalled 193 Primeira Liga games and 18 goals for seven clubs, including as a fringe player for Porto and Braga. Having started his professional career at Boavista, he also played three top-flight campaigns for Académica, where he won the Taça de Portugal in 2012. Club career Boavista Valente was born in Aveiro. A product of Boavista FC's youth system, he made his professional debut for the northerners in the 2004–05 season and quickly established himself as first-choice as the team achieved two consecutive sixth places in the Primeira Liga. The 2004–05 Primeira Liga was the 71st edition of top flight of Portuguese football. It started on 28 August 2004 with a match between Belenenses and Marítimo, and ended on 22 May 2005. Benfica won their 31st league title, with 65 points, three points ahead of the defending champions Porto. The league was contested by 18 clubs, and was considered one of the most competitive seasons in recent years. The first goal of the season was scored by Belenenses centre-back Rolando. The first red card of the season was given to Vitória de Setúbal's Bruno Ribeiro, and the first yellow was given to Belenenses' Juninho Petrolina in the opening match of the season. Minho Province
Minho () was a former province in Portugal, established in 1936 and dissolved in 1976. It consisted of 23 municipalities, with its capital in the city of Braga. Today, the area would include the districts of Braga and Viana do Castelo. Minho has substantial Celtic influences and shares many cultural traits with neighbouring Galicia in Northwestern Spain. Adelino André Vieira de Freitas (born 24 January 1986), known as Vieirinha (), is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a winger or a full-back for Greek club PAOK, for which he is captain. Paulo Ricardo Ribeiro de Jesus Machado (born 31 March 1986) is a Portuguese former professional footballer who played as a central midfielder.
