Didem Akın
Didem Akın, (born May 1, 1971 in Ankara) is a Turkish former basketball player. She is (Center (basketball), Pivot/Combo Guard) Fenerbahçe Women's Basketball, Fenerbahce Women’s Basketball Team Manager. Didem Akın, who is known as one of the best female Turkish basketball players of her time, has been working as a basketball team manager since 2005. She won Turkish Women's Basketball League Championship in the total of 14, a large number of Women's Basketball Turkish Cup and won the President Cup acting as both player and manager during her sports career. Nicknamed “Dido”, Didem played in National Team matches 99 times including the National Women's Basketball Team and Junior National Team and as a player she competed in the EuroLeague Women 7 times. The Universiade is an international multi-sport event, organized for university athletes by the International University Sports Federation (FISU). The name is a portmanteau of the words "University" and "Olympiad". Bronz are an English hard rock band, formed in Bath in the mid-1970s. The band played mainly around the UK and at the 'free festivals' of the time. These included performances at Stonehenge and Glastonbury in 1978. Career After an early tie up with Dave Panton as their part-time manager in 1980, the band played many support slots at The Marquee and Music Machine with Angel Witch, More, Diamond Head, and Anvil. The band reappeared in 1983, with Chris Goulstone on guitar and keyboards, Shaun Kirkpatrick on guitar and backing vocals, Clive Deamer on drums, plus Paul Webb on bass guitar and vocals.
