Dharma Seelan
''Dharma Seelan'' is a 1993 Tamil language film directed by Cheyyar Ravi. The film stars Prabhu in dual roles as father and son and Khushbu whilst Napoleon, Geetha and Salim Ghouse play supporting roles. The film was released on 16 July 1993. Plot Thamizh Selvan, an orphan who works in a hospital, tries to discover the truth of his parentage. Though the head of his orphanage claims that a recently deceased nun was his mother, others deny it. So Thamizh teams up with a reporter Durga, he meets at the nun's wake, and the two work to unearth the facts. Cheyyar Ravi
Cheyyar Ravi (c.1962 – 11 March 2017) was an Indian film and television director, who has directed Tamil and Sinhala films and serials. Career Cheyyar Ravi directed two Tamil films in the 1990s, ''Dharma Seelan'' (1993) featuring Prabhu and '' Harichandra'' (1998) with Karthik. In 2009, he began pre-production on an untitled film starring Bharath and written by Crazy Mohan, but the film failed to materialise. It was reported in 2011 that Cheyyar Ravi would direct ''Nanbargal 40 Thirudargalum'' for Sivaji Productions featuring Kamal Haasan and Prabhu, but again, the film was never made. He has since prioritised work as a director of television serials with most of the series produced by Sathya Jyothi films, making ''Gopuram'' in 2000, ''Panam'' in 2003, ''Anandham'' from 2003, ''Soruthihudu maneya maaligi'' in 2013 and ''Annakodiyum Aindhu Pengalum'' featuring Shruthi Raj in 2015. Gangai Amaran
Gangai Amaran is an Indian music composer, singer, lyricist, writer, film director and actor in Tamil films. Personal life Gangai Amaran was born in Pannaipuram in Theni district, Tamil Nadu in December 1947, as the youngest son of Daniel Ramaswamy and Chinnathayi. He is the younger brother of noted music director Ilaiyaraaja and father of director and actor Venkat Prabhu and actor, composer and singer Premji Amaren. He had two more elder brothers, R. D.
