Arunmozhi
Arunmozhi ( ta, அருண்மொழி) (also called Napoleon Selvaraj) (born 1951) is an Indian playback singer and well-known flutist. He has sung songs composed by leading Indian film industry music directors, including Ilaiyaraaja, Shankar Ganesh, Deva, S. A. Rajkumar, Viji Manuel, Swararaj, Harris Jayaraj, Sirpy, Vidyasagar, Soundaryan, Karthik Raja, Siva, Masa, Dhina and Yuvan Shankar Raja. He has also performed in live concerts across the world. He is a part of Ilaiyaraaja's musical troupe, playing flute. Arunmozhi is very familiar with western musical notes, and used to interpret and explain those written by Ilaiyaraaja to other musicians in the group. Introduced by Ilaiyaraaja as a playback singer, Arunmozhi has sung some very popular hit songs. Thalattu Padava
Thalattu Padava is a 1990 Tamil language drama film directed by R. Sundarrajan. The film stars Parthiban, Rupini and Kushboo. The film, produced by A. S. Ibrahim Rowther, had musical score by Ilaiyaraaja and was released on 5 September 1990. Plot Raja (Parthiban) lives with his mother Thayamma ( Sujatha) and he is a graduate who works as a mechanic until he finds an appropriate job. He finally gets a job in Delhi. Unfortunately, Raja misses the train in a station and his certificates, because of Narmadha (Rupini), a poor idli seller. Raja must wait 4 days for the next train. Slowly, Raja and Narmadha fall in love with each other. When he returns home, his mother Thayamma becomes mute. Raja works as the car driver of a rich man Kandhasamy (S. S. ''Soora Samhaaram'' () is a 1988 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film directed by Chitra Lakshmanan and written by Vietnam Veedu Sundaram. Tiruchirapalli Srinivasan Rangarajan, professionally credited by his pseudonym Vaali (born 29 October 1931 – 18 July 2013) was an Indian poet who is the highest songs wrote lyricist in cinema and whose works were in Tamil, had a five-decade long association with the Tamil film industry, wrote over 15,000 songs.
