Dennis Pineda (politician)
Dennis "Delta" Garcia Pineda (born May 6, 1974) is a Filipino politician from the province of Pampanga in the Philippines. He currently serves as the Governor of Pampanga. He was a former Vice Governor of the province in the past years, and he was elected in 2019 as the 14th Governor of the province. Previously, he served as the mayor of Lubao from 2001 until 2010. Lubao
Lubao, officially the Municipality of Lubao ( pam, Balen ning Lubao; fil, Bayan ng Lubao), is a 1st class municipality in the province of Pampanga, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 173,502 people. It is noted for rice, sugar cane, fish, and sampaguita. Etymology The town's name derives from the indigenous term ''lubo'' which means low or sunken, reflective of the area's muddy and flooded characteristics.
