Denki Groove
is a Japanese music group founded in 1989. It consists of Takkyu Ishino and Pierre Taki. History Denki Groove was founded in 1989 by Takkyu Ishino and Pierre Taki, both of whom are natives of Shizuoka, Shizuoka Prefecture. The group's major-label debut studio album, ''Flash Papa'', was released in 1991, the first being ''662 BPM by DG'' in 1990. They also released a few albums, including ''U.F.O.'' (1991), ''Karateka'' (1992), ''Vitamin'' (1993), ''Dragon'' (1994), ''Orange'' (1996), ''A'' (1997), and ''Voxxx'' (2000). Their single, "Shangri-La", had sold more than half a million copies. They went on hiatus between 2001 and 2004. In 2019, Pierre Taki was arrested on suspicion of cocaine possession. In response, Sony Music Entertainment Japan took Denki Groove's recordings off the shelves and stopped streaming the group's music. Streaming services were resumed on June 19, 2020. , better known by his stage name , is the front man for Japanese synthpop group Denki Groove, which consists of himself and Takkyu Ishino. It catalogs more than three million album entries and 30 million tracks, as well as information on musicians and bands. Hardfloor is a German electronic music duo, consisting of Oliver Bondzio and Ramon Zenker. Their most famous track is "Acperience 1" (often titled more simply as "Acperience" on many compilation albums) and chosen by Feargal Sharkey as one of his 'Inheritance Tracks' when interviewed on UK's BBC Radio 4. Their distinctive acid house sound is attributed to their skill at manipulating Roland TB-303 bass synthesisers, using up to six of these machines at once. Their UK chart hits include "Hardtrance Acperience" (1992), "Trancescript" (1993) and the remix of the aforementioned "Acperience" (1997). TM Network is a Japanese rock/new wave/pop musical band, made up by Tetsuya Komuro (keyboardist), Takashi Utsunomiya (vocalist) and Naoto Kine (guitarist). They became popular in Japan as the "futuristic pop songs with synthesizer" after the release of their 1987 single "Get Wild" Tetsuya Komuro became a famous producer of dance-oriented J-pop singers in 1990s, and as such they are considered a prototype of the J-pop genre.
