Darina Valitova
Darina Ryashidovna Valitova (russian: Дарина Ряшидовна Валитова; born 9 February 1997) is a Russian competitor in Solo and Mixed Duet synchronized swimming. Together with Aleksandr Maltsev, she won a gold medal in the inaugural mixed duet competition at the 2015 World Championships. Career Valitova has been member of the Russian national team since 2007. In 2008, she took the 3rd place in duo combination at the Moscow Championships. She became multiple junior champion of Russia in duo and group from 2009-2011. In 2012, she won gold in duo combination in Somen, Spain. At the 2013 European Junior Championships in Poznan, Poland, Valitova won 3 gold medals in Duet, Free Routine Combination and Team competition. In 2014, Valitova began competing as a Senior, and she was a member of the Russian Team that won gold at the 2014 European Championships. 2018 European Aquatics Championships
The 2018 European Aquatics Championships took place in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Luss in the central belt of Scotland, from 3 to 12 August 2018. The championships were part of the first European Championships with other events happening in Scotland and Berlin. Venue The Tollcross International Swimming Centre hosted the swimming events with the diving being hosted by the Royal Commonwealth Pool in Edinburgh. The open water swimming competition took place at Loch Lomond, while Scotstoun Sports Campus hosted the synchronised swimming events. Aleksandr Evgenyevich Maltsev (russian: Александр Евгеньевич Мальцев, born 22 June 1995) is a 4-time world champion and 6-time European champion in artistic swimming (mixed duet) and a founder of men's artistic swimming in Russia. Aleksandr is the most titled male artistic swimmer in the world. He is recognized as the best male artistic swimmer in the world by the International Swimming Federation (FINA) (2015, 2017, 2019, 2021) and as the best male artistic swimmer in Europe by the European Swimming League (LEN) (2019, 2021). 2013 European Junior Swimming Championships
The 2013 European Junior Swimming Championships were held from 10 to 14 July 2013 in Poznań, Poland. The Championships were organized by LEN, the European Swimming League, and were held in a 50-meter pool. Per LEN rules, competitors must be age 15 or 16 for girls and 17 or 18 for boys.
