"Dare You" is a song by Dutch DJ and record producer Hardwell. It features the vocals from Matthew Koma. It was released on 13 November 2013 and re-released on 5 January 2014 by Revealed Recordings. It entered the UK Singles Chart at number 18, making it the first Hardwell release to chart in the United Kingdom, in January 2014. An acoustic version featuring Koma and Bebe Rexha was released as an iTunes bonus track on Hardwell's debut studio album, ''United We Are ''United We Are'' is the debut studio album by Dutch DJ and record producer Hardwell. Robbert van de Corput (; born January 7, 1988), known professionally as Hardwell, is a Dutch DJ and music producer from Breda. He was voted the world's number one DJ by ''DJ Mag'' in 2013 and again in 2014. In 2022, he was ranked at number 43 in the top 100 DJs 2020 poll by ''DJ Mag''. He is best known for his sets at music festivals, including Ultra Music Festival, Sunburn and Tomorrowland. He first gained recognition in 2009 for his bootleg of "Show Me Love vs. Be". The Dutch Top 40 ( nl, Nederlandse Top 40) is a weekly music chart compiled by ''Stichting Nederlandse Top 40''. It started as a radio program titled "Veronica Top 40", on the offshore station Radio Veronica in 1965. It remained "The Veronica Top 40" until 1974, when the station was forced to stop broadcasting. Joost den Draaijer initiated the Top 40 in the Netherlands. The show currently airs on Fridays from 2 to 6 PM on Qmusic. Ultratop is an organization which generates and publishes the official record charts in Belgium. Ultratop is a non-profit organization, created on the initiative of the Belgian Entertainment Association (BEA), the Belgian member organization of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry. Matthew Bair (born June 2, 1987), known professionally as Matthew Koma, is an American singer, songwriter, DJ and record producer. Songs written by Koma include "Spectrum" and Grammy Award-winner "Clarity", both performed by Zedd. Koma has collaborated with Hardwell, Zedd, Miriam Bryant, Sebastian Ingrosso, Alesso, Afrojack, Tiësto, Vicetone and Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic. Early life Koma was born in Brooklyn and raised in Seaford, New York, on Long Island. His father, Gerald D. Bair, was a singer/songwriter and Koma first performed on stage with his father when he was four years old.
