Dancing With The Stars (Australian Season 15)
The fifteenth season of ''Dancing with the Stars'' premiered on the Seven Network, on 19 July 2015. It was the only season to be hosted by Shane Bourne, following the decision of former host Daniel MacPherson not to return to the role, instead focusing on his acting career. Edwina Bartholomew returned as co-host. Todd McKenney, Helen Richey and Kym Johnson returned as judges. Adam Garcia did not return due to his wife's pregnancy. Bruno Tonioli served as a special guest judge from Weeks 1-3. On 7 September 2015, television and radio presenter, Emma Freedman and her partner, Aric Yegudkin, defeated Olympic diver, Matthew Mitcham and his partner, Masha Belash and My Kitchen Rules contestant, Ash Pollard and her partner, Jarryd Byrne. Emma Freedman
Emma Freedman is an Australian television and radio presenter who grew up on the Mornington Peninsula. Freedman formerly co-hosted ''The Grill Team'' on Triple M Sydney. Prior to this, she was a weather presenter on ''Weekend Today'' and host of ''Sports Sunday'' on the Nine Network. Alana Louise Patience (born 21 November 1980) is an Australian ballroom dancer and twice winner of Channel 7's ''Dancing with the Stars''. Kelly Cartwright (born 22 April 1989) is an Australian athlete and powerlifter. She won two medals at the 2012 Summer Paralympics, London 2012 Paralympics, and represented Australia in the 2008 Summer Paralympics, Beijing 2008 Paralympics. The Australian Football League (AFL) is the only fully professional competition of Australian rules football. Jude Bolton (born 15 March 1980) is a former professional Australian rules football player who played for the Sydney Swans in the Australian Football League (AFL) between 1999 and 2013.
