"Då lyser en sol" is a Swedish language ballad, written in 1981 by Lasse Holm. In 1981, Elisabeth Andreasson recorded the song. The Sissel Kyrkjebø version was on the Sveriges Radio hitlist Svensktoppen for 17 rounds, during the period 8 November 1987-6 March 1988, with 4th place as best result there. Trygve Henrik Hoff
Trygve Henrik Hoff (7 July 1938 – 2 December 1987), born in Rognan, Nordland, was a Norwegian singer, composer, songwriter, and writer. He was a teacher at Buskerud folkehøgskole (Heimtun) for many years when he lived in Darbu, Øvre Eiker. For some time, Trygve Hoff was the conductor of Berlevåg Mannsangforening. Hoff was born and raised in Rognan, Nordland. His work as a writer and artist showed an appreciation of his roots, and he found inspiration for his texts from his home in Northern Norway. Hoff was awarded the Nordland fylkes kulturpris (Nordland County Culture award) posthumously in 1988. The newspaper ''Nordlys'' and the television channel NRK named Hoff's ''Snart gryr en dag'' as the best North Norwegian compilation albums of all time. Streaplers
Streaplers is a Swedish musical group, founded 1959 in Kungälv as a pop group and later developed into a dansband. Original members were Gert Lengstrand (vocals), Bjarne Lundquist, Göran Liljeblad, Håkan Liljeblad och Lars Larsson. The group made a breakthrough with ''Säkkinjärven Polka'' in 1963. Hit songs such as ''Diggety Doggety'', ''Mule Skinner Blues'' and ''Rockin' Robin'' followed. Singer Gert Lengstrand left the group in 1966, and was replaced by Curt Borkman. Since then the band began development towards playing dansband music. Robert Löfvendahl became the new singer in 1969. The same year, the band had a Svensktoppen number one hit with "Tusen öars land". In 1970, Ove Pilebo began as singer and Streaplers became one of Sweden's most popular dansbands, with 225 concerts. Leif Bloms was a dansband in Växjö in Sweden. scoring chart successes at the Swedish album chart during the mid-late 1970s. On 31 December 1995 the band was disbanded after singing and playing together for almost 40 years. Starting with the 1981 album '' Håll dig kvar'', the band's singer was Mona Gustafsson, who wrote the band's 1992 song "Dej ska jag älska all min tid" which won the 1992 Hänt song contest in Älvsjö.
