Dušan Jajić
Dušan Jajić (born 4 July 1998) is a Swedish footballer who plays as a midfielder for GIF Sundsvall. Club career IFK Haninge/Brandbergen Raised in the Stockholm suburb Jordbro, Jajić started his career at local club IFK Haninge/Brandbergen where he made his senior debut in 2013 at age fifteen. This in the fifth tier of Swedish football, Division 3 Södra Svealand. During his first years in senior football Jajić went on trials abroad at both Arsenal and Atalanta. Hammarby IF In early 2015 he got invited to train with Hammarby IF, and in March the same year he signed a three-year contract with the Allsvenskan club. Allsvenskan (; en, the All-Swedish, also known as Fotbollsallsvenskan, en, the Football All-Swedish) is a Swedish professional league for men's association football clubs. It was founded in 1924 and is the top tier of the Swedish football league system, operating on a system of promotion and relegation with Superettan. The 2016 Allsvenskan, part of the 2016 Swedish football season, is the 92nd season of Allsvenskan since its establishment in 1924. Svenska Cupen (, ''The Swedish Cup'') is a knockout cup competition in Swedish football and the main Swedish football cup. Svenska Cupen usually refers to the men's tournament, although a women's tournament is also held. Each year 96 teams compete, comprising the 16 teams from Allsvenskan and the 16 teams of Superettan together with 64 teams from lower tiers of the league system. The winners qualify for the qualifying stages of the UEFA Europa League. The winner is awarded Gustaf VI Adolf Cup. 2016 Hammarby Fotboll Season
The 2016 season was Hammarby Fotboll's 101st in existence, their 47th season in Allsvenskan and their 2nd consecutive season in the league. They competed in Allsvenskan and Svenska Cupen during the year. League play started in early April and lasted until early November. Nanne Bergstrand made his third season as manager. Summary The team had a strong run in the 2015-16 Svenska Cupen. They won against Djurgårdens IF in the group stage, before eliminating their other local rival AIK in the quarter finals after a penalty shoot-out. Eventually Hammarby lost in the semi final against BK Häcken, finishing joint third in the tournament. However, during the first half of the league play Hammarby struggled in their fixtures, only winning 3 of the 15 games.
