Halfweg
Halfweg () is a village in the Dutch province of North Holland. Previously a part of the municipality of Haarlemmerliede en Spaarnwoude, it is currently a part of the municipality of Haarlemmermeer and lies about east of Haarlem. Its name, which translates as "halfway," comes from its location approximately halfway between Haarlem and Amsterdam. Challenge Tour
The Challenge Tour is the second-tier men's professional golf tour in Europe. It is operated by the PGA European Tour and, as with on the main European Tour and the European Senior Tour, some of the events are played outside Europe. History The tour was introduced in 1986 and was initially called the ''Satellite Tour''. The Order of Merit was introduced in 1989, with the top five players on it winning membership of the European Tour for the following season. The following year the tour was renamed the Challenge Tour. Up to 1993 the Challenge Tour rankings were based on each player's best several results, but since 1994 it has been a straightforward money list, with all results counting. Players who are successful on the Challenge Tour qualify for membership of the European Tour the following year. Twenty players earn direct promotion to the European Tour. Stroke Play
Stroke play, also known as medal play, is a scoring system in the sport of golf in which the total number of strokes is counted over one or more rounds of 18 holes. In stroke play, the winner is the player who has taken the fewest strokes over the course of the round, or rounds. Nicolas Colsaerts (born 14 November 1982) is a Belgian professional golfer currently playing on the European Tour and previously on the PGA Tour. Early life Colsaerts, also known as "The Belgian Bomber", was born in Schaerbeek, Belgium. Coming from a sporting family (his great grandfather represented Belgium at basketball and water polo at the 1920 Olympic Games), he started playing golf at 6 years old in Brussels, Belgium. Golf

The 2009 Challenge Tour was the 21st season of the Challenge Tour, the official development tour to the European Tour. The tour started as the Satellite Tour with its first Order of Merit rankings in 1989 and was officially renamed as the Challenge Tour at the start of the 1990 season. Andrew McArthur
Andrew McArthur (born 8 May 1979) is a Scottish professional golfer. McArthur was born in Lanark. He turned professional in 2005 after a successful amateur career. He qualified for the second tier Challenge Tour by reaching the final stage of qualifying school. He narrowly missed out on graduating to the elite European Tour three times by ending the 2006, 2007 and 2008 seasons just outside the top 20 on the Challenge Tour Rankings. He finally gained his European Tour card for 2010 by finishing in 17th place on the rankings in 2009. McArthur has two wins on the Challenge Tour: the Reale Challenge de España in 2008 and the D+D Real Slovakia Challenge in 2014. Julien Quesne
Julien Quesne (born 16 August 1980) is a French professional golfer who plays on the European Tour. Early life and career Quesne was born in Le Mans. He turned professional in 2003 and joined the Alps Tour. He gained a place on the second tier Challenge Tour for 2005 by reaching the final stage of the European Tour Qualifying School at the end of 2004. He has played on the tour since then, except for 2007 when he returned to the Alps Tour for a season. That season, he won three tournaments and topped the Alps Tour Order of Merit to graduate back to the Challenge Tour for the 2008 season. Quesne picked up his first victory on the Challenge Tour at the 2009 Trophée du Golf de Genève in Switzerland on his 29th birthday. Jeppe Huldahl
Jeppe Pape Huldahl (born 7 February 1982) is a Danish professional golfer who currently plays on the Challenge Tour. Huldahl was born in Holstebro, and lives in Copenhagen. He turned professional in 2003 and finished 4th at European Tour's final qualifying school at the end of the year to obtain his tour card. He had limited success in his first year on the European Tour in 2004 and stepped down to play on the second-tier Challenge Tour for the following season. He had limited success there too, until the 2008 season, when he won his tour event at the 2008 Lexus Open. He later had a runner-up finish at The Dutch Futures, and went on to finish 10th on the 2008 Challenge Tour's money list to regain his place on the top level tour for 2009.
