Duncan Capps
Major-General Duncan Francis Capps (born 21 December 1966) is a British Army officer. He served as Commandant of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst from 2020 to 2022. Early life and education Capps was born on 21 December 1966 in Slough, Berkshire, England. He was educated at Charters School, a comprehensive school in Sunningdale, Berkshire. He graduated from Cranfield University with a Master of Arts (MA) degree in 1999. Military career Capps was commissioned into the Royal Corps of Transport on 13 December 1986. He was Commanding Officer of 7 Regiment Royal Logistic Corps from 2006 to 2008. Slough () is a town and unparished area in the unitary authority of the same name in Berkshire, England, bordering west London. 7 Regiment RLC is a regiment of the British Army's Royal Logistic Corps. History 7 Tank Transporter Column of the Royal Army Service Corps, was established in 1961, following the expansion of the transportation element of the British Army of the Rhine. In 1965, upon the creation of the Royal Corps of Transport, the unit was re-designated as the 7 Tank Transporter Regiment of the new corps. Major-General Zachary Raymond Stenning, is a senior British Army officer who has been serving as the Commandant of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst since August 2022. Major General David James Eastman, is a senior British Army officer. Between February 2020 and July 2022, he served as General Officer Commanding, Regional Command.
