Drumlane Sons of O’Connell is a Gaelic football club based in Milltown, County Cavan, Ireland. The club takes its name from the parish of Drumlane. The club's crest features the Drumlane Abbey and Round tower. History Drumlane GAA was founded in 1888, and won the Cavan Senior Football Championship four times in the early 1900s. The club won the Cavan Junior Football Championship for the first time in 1948, and won it again in 1971 and 1999. They have never won the Cavan Intermediate Football Championship, losing finals in 1974 and 2010. The club claimed the Junior championship for the fourth time in 2018, defeating Killinkere after a replay. Drumlane won the Junior title for the fifth time in 2022, beating Arva by a point in the final. Wins over Craigbane, Clones, and Newtownbutler sent the club into the final of the Ulster Junior Club Football Championship for the first time in their history. Milltown (),. is a small Co. Cavan village estimated population of around 100 persons. During a nineteenth century O'Donavan townlands survey of Co. Cavan it was noted that the Milttown area was traditionally referred to as ''Bellanaleck'' (''Beal Atha Na Leice'' - the mouth of the ford of the flagstone), there are no other records with this name. Saint Joseph's GAC Craigbane ( ga, CLG Naomh Seosamh An Charraigbhan) is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Craigbane County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. The club is a member of the Derry GAA and currently cater for both Gaelic football and Ladies' Gaelic football. Underage teams up to U-12's play in North Derry league and championships, from U-14 upwards teams compete in All-Derry competitions. Stewartstown Harps GFC
Stewartstown Harps is a Gaelic Athletic Association club which was founded in 1912 and based in the village of Stewartstown in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. The club plays its games in Mullaghmoyle park. History Stewartstown won the Ulster Junior Club Football Championship in 2004, beating Cremartin in the final. The Harps went on to qualify for the All-Ireland final, but were outclassed by Finuge. In 2006, the Harps regained promotion to Senior Championship Football after a period of 26 years. In 2009 they were again relegated to junior, but the team went on a successful run in the league in 2010, only beaten once. In the championship Stewartstown made it to the final against local rivals Killyman. The Harps lost the final by just one point. Promoted to intermediate football in 2011, the harps would stay in the division for the next 10 years until being relegated again in 2021.
