Drew McKissick
Martin Andrew McKissick is an American politician who has served as chair of the South Carolina Republican Party since 2017. In 2023 he was re-elected to his fourth term in the office. McKissick also served as co-chair of the Republican National Committee from 2023 to 2024, when he was replaced by Lara Trump. Career McKissick was endorsed by Donald Trump during a previous challenge for state party chair. South Carolina Republican Party
The South Carolina Republican Party (SCGOP) is the state affiliate of the national Republican Party in South Carolina. It is one of two major political parties in the state, along with the South Carolina Democratic Party, and is the dominant party. Incumbent governor Henry McMaster, as well as senators Tim Scott and Lindsey Graham, are Republicans. Graham has served since January 3, 2003, having been elected in 2002 and re-elected in 2008, 2014, and 2020; Tim Scott was appointed in 2013 by then-governor Nikki Haley, who is also a Republican. Ronna McDaniel (' Romney; born March 20, 1973) is an American politician and political strategist serving as chair of the Republican National Committee (RNC) since 2017. A member of the Republican Party and the Romney family, she was chair of the Michigan Republican Party from 2015 to 2017. A granddaughter of Michigan Governor and businessman George W.
