Dragon Mob Records is an East Los Angeles, California based hip-hop record label. It was created by music composer J-vibe, abstract artist Hsky and executive producer Smax in 2002. J-vibe and Smax had been in the music business with several other labels including Base 12 Records (1987), Soundshaft Music (1997), SR Records (2000) and eBboy Records (2000, when Hsky joined them). History 2002 Hsky advised J-vibe to create a hip-hop label to feature Latino and Asian rappers. Several Asian rappers and singers were contacted, but none follow-up. J-vibe is contracted to produce a Latin rap album for Brown Town Looters. 2003 J-vibe completed production of Brown Town Looters album "Busca Oro" for Balboa Musart Records. Many political problems occur with his co-producer, so J-vibe decides to concentrate on Dragon Mob Records. He gets a call from "Loyalty and Honor" who were having problems with the same co-producer. A dragon is a reptilian legendary creature that appears in the folklore of many cultures worldwide. Beliefs about dragons vary considerably through regions, but dragons in western cultures since the High Middle Ages have often been depicted as winged, horned, and capable of breathing fire. J-vibe
J-vibe (born Jose Jimenez Jr in East Los Angeles, California) is a composer and record producer who is known for his prolific original compositions. He is an important part of the underground West Coast rap and dance scene. He has also been a computer software programmer since he was 13 years old. J-vibe's ability to compose music in a large range of styles is one of his best-known traits. Considering his many hip-hop and electronica productions, he credits his major musical influences to Tangerine Dream, Jean Michel Jarre, Vangelis, John Carpenter, Ultravox and the ethnic music of Los Angeles. Musart
Discos Musart is a Mexican record label founded in 1948. It is headquartered in Mexico City and remains one of the country's biggest labels, focusing on Mexican music, as well as international releases licensed from various labels around the world. Over the years it has had several imprints such as Trebol, Oasis and Balboa Records. During the 1950s, Musart distributed albums by Cuban label Panart in Mexico. Until Capitol Records opened in Mexico in 1965, recordings by The Beatles were released by Musart Records in Mexico. Capitol re-releases now sometimes use completely different covers so detecting whether a Capitol version is actually an original Musart album or not can be difficult. Klymaxx is an American all-female pop/ R&B band from Los Angeles, California. The band's classic lineup consisted of Bernadette Cooper, Lorena Porter Shelby, Cheryl Cooley, Robbin Grider, Lynn Malsby, and Joyce "Fenderella" Irby.
