Doğan Recep Andaç (1923 to 6 February 2013) was a Turkish professional football manager. Managerial career Andaç had a couple brief stints managing the Turkey national football team. He was briefly the president of the Turkish Football Federation in 1980. Ankara ( , ; ), historically known as Ancyra and Angora, is the capital of Turkey. Beşiktaş () is a district and municipality of Istanbul, Turkey, located on the European shore of the Bosphorus strait. It is bordered on the north by Sarıyer and Şişli, on the west by Kağıthane and Şişli, on the south by Beyoğlu, and on the east by the Bosphorus.
