Dora Bria
Dora Bria (19 July 1958 – 22 January 2008) was a Brazilian six-time windsurfing champion. Bria was known as a pioneer in Brazilian windsurfing. She won the national championship six times between 1990 and 1995. At the time of her death she held three South American championship titles. São Gonçalo do Abaeté is a municipality in the north of the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais. Its population in 2020 was 8,459 inhabitants in a total area of 2,687 km2. It is a large producer of cattle and grains. São Gonçalo do Abaeté belongs to the Paracatu statistical microregion. The elevation of the municipal seat is 789 meters. Windsurfing
Windsurfing is a wind propelled water sport that is a combination of sailing and surfing. It is also referred to as "sailboarding" and "boardsailing", and emerged in the late 1960s from the aerospace and surf culture of California.
