Donna Kellogg
Donna Victoria Kellogg, (born 20 January 1978) is an English former badminton player. She is the European Champion, winning the women's doubles titles in 2000, 2006 and the mixed doubles title in 2008. She won the silver medal at the 2006 World Championships. Kellogg also won the women's doubles title at the 1998 Commonwealth Games, and was part of the England winning team at the 1998 and 2002 Commonwealth Games. Career Kellogg first played badminton at the age of 10. Her first representative match for England was against China at the 1997 World Championships in Scotland. The best performances of her career are winning the European women's doubles gold medal in 2000 with Joanne Goode and in 2006 with Gail Emms. Spondon is a ward of the city of Derby. Originally a small village, Spondon dates back to the Domesday Book and it became heavily industrialised in the 19th and early 20th centuries, with companies such as British Celanese. Joanne Goode
Joanne Gwendoline "Jo" Goode MBE (née Wright; born 17 November 1972) is a former English badminton player. She represented Great Britain at the 1996 and 2000 Olympic Games, and won the 2000 mixed doubles bronze medal with Simon Archer. Goode also won seven gold medals at the Commonwealth Games, a gold at the European Championships, and a silver at the World Championships. Career Goode competed in badminton at the 2000 Summer Olympics in mixed doubles with Simon Archer and won a bronze medal. She also played in women's doubles with Donna Kellogg losing in the quarterfinals against Gao Ling and Qi Yiyuan. Archer and Goode won gold medals twice at the Commonwealth Games in 1998 and 2002. 2009 European Mixed Team Badminton Championships
The 2009 European Mixed Team Badminton Championships were held at the Echo Arena in Liverpool, England, from 10-15 February, and were organised by the Badminton Europe and the Badminton England.
