The Donegal vs Dublin football match that took place on 31 August 2014 at Croke Park in Dublin, Ireland, was the second semi-final match of the 2014 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship. Both teams reached the stage with an undefeated record in the competition. The game was administered by Cavan officials led by Kill Shamrocks referee Joe McQuillan. The 2014 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship was the 127th edition of the GAA's premier inter-county Gaelic football since its establishment in 1887. It was played between 31 counties of Ireland (excluding Kilkenny), London and New York. Jack McCaffrey (born 19 October 1993) is a Gaelic footballer who plays for Clontarf. Early and personal life His father Noel also represented Dublin in football. Rory Kavanagh ( ga, Ruairà Ó Caomhánach; born 23 August 1982) is an Irish Gaelic football manager and former player with St Eunan's and the Donegal county team. David Walsh (Donegal Gaelic Footballer)
David Walsh is an Irish former Gaelic footballer who plays for Naomh BrÃd and also, formerly, for the Donegal county team. A member of the Donegal panel that won the 2012 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship Final against Mayo, he came on as a substitute in the second half of the game in place of Ryan Bradley. He injured his shoulder in a club championship match in October 2012 but returned to training ahead of the 2013 Ulster Championship. In January 2017, Walsh retired from the inter-county game. 2014 Ulster Senior Football Championship
The 2014 Ulster Senior Football Championship was the 126th installment of the annual Ulster Senior Football Championship held under the auspices of Ulster GAA. It was one of the four provincial competitions of the 2014 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship. Monaghan entered the competition as defending Ulster champions. They were dethroned by Donegal in the final. The draw was made on 3 October 2013. Under new GAA rules, to allow counties to more easily predict the dates of their qualifier matches, the two sides of the draw were named as either A or B.
