Dolce Vita (1995 TV Series)
''Ntoltse Vita'' ( el, Ντόλτσε Βίτα, it, Dolce Vita, en, Sweet Life) is a Greek comedy directed by Alexandros Rigas and co-written with Lefteris Papapetrou, which aired on Mega Channel from 1995-97. The series focused on the affair between Christina Markatou and her daughter's Boyfriend. The entire structure of the show was based on the way the relationship would remain secret from the family members, the working and social entourage through hilarious situations. ''Ntoltse Vita'' drew high ratings and is one of the most successful series in Greek television history. Reruns of the show are airing until today. ''Safe Sex'' is a 1999 Greek comedy film written and directed by Michalis Reppas and Thanasis Papathanasiou. When the film was released in Greece, it was considered a blockbuster. Plot The film features an ensemble cast of Greek actors portraying various characters, each living his own story in modern Greece. Almost everyone of the protagonists is interrelated to each other, and all live their own parallel stories which often converge at several points. Several professional actors appear briefly or in non-speaking cameo roles. As a result, there is no central plot or prominent protagonist who may be singled out. Stelios Mainas ( el, Στέλιος Μάινας; born 1 October 1957 in Ermoupoli, Syros) is a Greek actor.
