Dionne Rose
Dionne Rose-Henley (7 November 1969 – 24 December 2018) was a Jamaican athlete who specialised in the high hurdles. She competed at the 1992 and 1996 Summer Olympics, finishing fifth at her second Games. Her personal best times were 12.64 in the 100 meters hurdles (1996) and 7.96 in the indoor 60 meters hurdles (1997). In 2017, she coached sprinters and hurdlers at Coastal Carolina University Coastal Carolina University (CCU or Coastal) is a public university in Conway, South Carolina. Jamaica

1993 IAAF World Indoor Championships
The 4th IAAF World Indoor Championships in Athletics were held at the Skydome in Toronto, Ontario, Canada from March 12 to March 14, 1993. It was the last Indoor Championships to feature the 5,000 and 3,000 metres race walk events. At the 1994 Commonwealth Games, the athletics event were held in Victoria, BC, Canada, at the Centennial Stadium on the grounds of the University of Victoria. A total of 44 events were contested, of which 22 by male 19 by female athletes. Furthermore, 2 men's disability events were held within the programme.
