Dih Salah District
Dih Salah (also spelt Dehe Salah) is a district in Baghlan Province, Afghanistan. It was created in 2005 from part of Andarab District, and is situated northeast of the current Andarab District. Health facilities include; Shah shan Clinic (Basic Health Center), Qasan SC (Sub Health Center) and Deh Salah Clinic (Comprehensive Health Center). On 23 August 2021, the Taliban captured all three districts that fell to the resistance forces a week ago, including Dih Salah District. Baghlan Province
Baghlan (Dari: ''Baġlān'') is one of the thirty-four provinces of Afghanistan. It is in the north of the country. As of 2020, the province has a population of about 1,014,634. Its capital is Puli Khumri, but its name comes from the other major town in the province, Baghlan. The ruins of a Zoroastrian fire temple, the Surkh Kotal, are located in Baghlan. The lead nation of the local Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) was Hungary, which operated from 2006 to 2015. National Resistance Front Of Afghanistan
The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan (NRF), also known as the Second Resistance, is a military alliance of former Northern Alliance members and other anti-Taliban fighters loyal to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The founder and president of NRF is Ahmad Massoud. When the Taliban captured Afghanistan on 15 August 2021, former first vice president Amrullah Saleh, citing provisions of the 2004 Constitution, declared himself the caretaker president of Afghanistan and announced the republican resistance against the Taliban. Andarab District
Andarab ( fa, اندراب) is district located in the southern part of Baghlan Province, Afghanistan. The estimated population of Andarab in 2004 was roughly 120,642. In 2002, it was estimated that Tajiks 100% of the district's population but records show that Hazaras and Uzbeks of Afghanistan are also habitants of Andarab. The district centre is the village of Andarab, which is named after the Andarab valley in which it is located. ''Deccan Herald'' is an Indian English language daily newspaper published from the Indian state of Karnataka. It was founded by K. N. Guruswamy, a liquor businessman from Ballari and was launched on 17 June 1948. It is published by The Printers Mysore, a privately held company owned by the Nettakallappa family, heirs of Guruswamy. It has seven editions printed from Bengaluru, Hubballi, Davanagere, Hosapete, Mysuru, Mangaluru, and Kalaburagi. History and background ''Deccan Herald'' was launched on 17 June 1948. Its founder, K.
