Dieter Kronzucker
Hans-Dieter Kronzucker (born 22 April 1936) is a German journalist and television presenter. Life Kronzucker was born in Munich, the son of an opera singer mother and a father who worked in the tourism industry. He grew up in Cologne and Tegernsee, Bavaria. He attended the Wittelsbacher-Gymnasium in Munich, graduating in 1954; during his time there, he founded and was the editor-in-chief of the school newspaper. He then studied philosophy and cultural history in Munich, Barcelona and Vienna, completing his PhD at the University of Vienna. Kronzucker worked for many years as a journalist and television presenter in Germany, and is perhaps best known for presenting news magazine ''heute-journal'', which he presented from 1978 until 1980, and again between 1986 and 1988. ''Die Zeit'' (, "The Time") is a German national weekly newspaper published in Hamburg in Germany. The newspaper is generally considered to be among the German newspapers of record and is known for its long and extensive articles. History The first edition of ''Die Zeit'' was first published in Hamburg on 21 February 1946. The founding publishers were Gerd Bucerius, Lovis H. Lorenz, Richard Tüngel and Ewald Schmidt di Simoni. Park Avenue
Park Avenue is a wide New York City boulevard which carries north and southbound traffic in the boroughs of Manhattan and the Bronx. For most of the road's length in Manhattan, it runs parallel to Madison Avenue to the west and Lexington Avenue to the east. Hanns-Joachim Friedrichs
Hanns Joachim "Hajo" Friedrichs (15 March 1927 – 28 March 1995) was a German journalist. Life Friedrichs was born in Hamm. From 1971 to 1981, he was a sports journalist for the German magazine ''Sportstudio''. 1985 Friedrichs went from ZDF to ARD. In Germany Friedrichs became famous as the anchorman for the television news program Tagesthemen, which he moderated alternately with Ulrike Wolf (*1944) and later Sabine Christiansen. He was succeeded by Ulrich Wickert. Friedrichs died in March 1995 from lung cancer. The Hanns-Joachim-Friedrichs-Award for works in journalism is named after him.
