Diego And Glot
''Diego and Glot'' (sometimes stylized as Diego & Glot; es, Diego y Glot) is a Chilean animated series created by Claudio Kreutzberger in 2005, with the collaboration of Sebastián Correa and José Tomás Correa of CuboNegro studios, for Canal 13. ''Diego and Glot'' is the first hand-draw animation TV series made in Chile since the ''Condorito'' shorts in the 1980s (excluding '' Villa Dulce'', which was released before ''Diego and Glot'', but it was made with CGI). Satirical humor, cultural references and real famous public people of the country is recurrently featured in the show. Since its debut on September 3, 2005 the show aired two seasons consisting of 20 episodes. In 2005, CuboNegro announced that they were working on a feature-length film, though a film was never released. Los Prisioneros ("The Prisoners") were a Chilean Rock music, rock/synth-pop, pop band formed in San Miguel, Chile, San Miguel, Santiago Province, Chile, Santiago, in 1983. Julio Martínez (journalist)
Julio Martínez Prádanos (Temuco, Chile, June 23, 1923 – Santiago, Chile, January 2, 2008) was a Chilean sports commentator specializing in football who had a long career in the written press, radio and television. He won the 1995 National Prize for Journalism, awarded by the Chilean Ministry of Education. He belongs to a generation of ever-lasting emblematic Chilean sports commentators, along with Sergio Livingstone, Pedro Carcuro, Alberto Fouillioux, Néstor Isella and Milton Millas. Martínez died of terminal prostate cancer on January 2, 2008, after years of failing health. Ricardo Froilán Lagos Escobar (; born 2 March 1938) is a Chilean lawyer, economist and social-democratic politician who served as president of Chile from 2000 to 2006.
