''Diary'' is an American documentary television series that premiered February 16, 2000, on MTV. The show's opening titles begin with the slogan "You think you know ... but you have no idea." Overview The series follows celebrities through their everyday lives. Documentary Film
A documentary film or documentary is a non-fictional motion-picture intended to "document reality, primarily for the purposes of instruction, education or maintaining a historical record". Bill Nichols has characterized the documentary in terms of "a filmmaking practice, a cinematic tradition, and mode of audience reception hat remainsa practice without clear boundaries". Early documentary films, originally called "actuality films", lasted one minute or less. Over time, documentaries have evolved to become longer in length, and to include more categories. Papa Roach is an American rock band from Vacaville, California, formed in 1993. Sum 41 is a Canadian rock band from Ajax, Ontario.
