The Missionary Position is an American rock band that creates a mix of hard rock, Blues music, blues and Funk music, funk influences into their music. The band is from Seattle, Washington (U.S. state), Washington in the United States. History Following the demise of Angell's band Post Stardom Depression, he formed The Missionary Position with an old friend and fellow Seattle musician, Benjamin Anderson (musician), Benjamin Anderson. When Jeff Angell and Benjamin Anderson (musician), Benjamin Anderson began playing a Thursday night residency at a club in Seattle, Washington, they hadn't yet settled on a name. Those Thursday lounge nights were billed as The Missionary Position, and Angell said people thought that was the band's name. Gosling (band)
Gosling (previously known as Loudermilk) was an American rock band formed in Tri-Cities, Washington. The band was composed of Davey Ingersoll (vocals, guitar), Mark Watrous (guitar, later keyboards), Shane Middleton (bass) and Isaac Carpenter (drums, percussion). As Loudermilk, formed in 1995, the group released two albums; the independently released ''Man with Gun Kills Three!'' (1998) and then major label debut ''The Red Record'' (2002), and toured with Megadeth and Mötley Crüe. He is best known as the former drummer for the alternative rock group Gosling as well as its previous incarnation Loudermilk. Currently, Carpenter is the drummer for Awolnation. Alien Crime Syndicate, often abbreviated to ACS, were a rock band formed in San Francisco, California, in 1997.
