Desperation Band
Desperation Band is a worship band led by Jon Egan, and part of the worship ministry of New Life Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The band has been featured on the main stage at Creation East and Kingdom Bound, and has led worship in the Worship Tent at both Creation East and KingdomBound. They have also been featured on Teen Mania's Acquire the Fire tour dates in stadiums around the country. Their albums, recorded live at New Life Church, appear on Integrity’s Vertical Music label and feature "high-energy, passionate new worship songs that convey the hunger of their generation for God." Creation East
Creation Festival, commonly shortened to Creation, is an annual four-day Christian music festival in the United States. According to its organizers, it is the "Nation's Largest Christian Music Festival." Average attendance is between 50,000 and 100,000 annually. The four-day festivals host more than sixty Christian rock, contemporary, and worship bands. Glenn Previn Packiam (born February 27, 1978), is a Malaysian–American Christian musician, guitarist, pianist, worship leader and pastor, who serves as the lead pastor of Rockharbor Church in Costa Mesa, California. Prior to that, he was an associate senior pastor at New Life Church and the lead pastor of New Life Downtown in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Teen Mania International was an Evangelical Christian youth organization located in Dallas, Texas (formerly Garden Valley, Texas). Teen Mania focused primarily on four key programs, with a few additional smaller endeavors. New Life Church is a nondenominational charismatic evangelical megachurch located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States. New Life Church has more than 10,000 members. The church is pastored by Brady Boyd and has multiple congregations that meet throughout the Colorado Springs area. History Associated with Colorado's New Life Church, the worship group New Life Worship was launched in 1991 when Parsley formed the New Life Ministries.
