''Desconocida'' (Eng.: ''Unknown'' or ''Stranger'') is the title of the fourth studio album by Spanish singer Marta Sanchez (in 1998). With this album, Marta returned to the pop music on her first albums, but now with a more Italian feel. The album was produced once again by Christian De Walden and a few Italian co-producers. The singles were "Quiero Mas de Ti", "Desconocida", "Los Mejores Años de Nuestra Vida", "Estrellas de Fuego" and "Loca de Amor". The album is dedicated to the late father of the artist, and it sold 600,000 copies worldwide. The English version is called ''Perfect Stranger''. Azabache
''Azabache'' (Spanish: "jet (lignite)") is the third studio album by Spanish singer Marta Sánchez. This was released in 1997. On this album more producers were involved (Andres Levin, Nile Rodgers, Camus Celli, Robyn Smith and Stephen Budd) along with longtime musical partner Christian De Walden. They created a rock oriented album, instead of the pop music Marta recorded for her first and second albums. Critical reactions were mostly positive. The first single " Moja Mi Corazón", features guitar player Slash and was produced by Nile Rodgers. The album yielded five singles: "Negro Azabache", " Algo Tienes", "Ya Ves" and "Amor Perdido". While promoting this album, Marta recorded along with opera singer Andrea Bocelli the song " Vivo por Ella", which became a worldwide smash hit and was later included on the international pressings of "Azabache". Maurizio Fabrizio (born 16 March 1952) is an Italian composer, conductor, arranger, producer, musician and singer-songwriter. Life and career Born in Milan, after studying at the conservatory in 1969 Fabrizio became a member of the La Scala orchestra as a percussionist under the direction of Claudio Abbado. Tim Pierce (born 1959 in Albuquerque) is an American session guitarist. He has worked for artists such as Joe Cocker, Crowded House, Goo Goo Dolls, Michael Jackson, Beth Hart, Roger Waters, Alice Cooper, Johnny Hallyday, Phil Collins, and the Cheetah Girls.
