Deportivo Coatepeque
El Deportivo Coatepeque, is a Guatemalan football club based in Coatepeque, Quetzaltenango Department. They compete in the Liga Nacional, the top tier of Guatemalan football. They play their home games at ''Estadio Israel Barrios''. History Deportivo Coatepeque plays in the Liga Nacional, after achieving direct promotion during the 2022-23 Primera División. Coatepeque was founded in 1967, under the name of Deportivo Independencia which was later changed to Deportivo Coatepeque. The team won promotion to the premier Liga Nacional for the first time in their history during the 2013–14 season. Estadio Israel Barrios
The Estadio Israel Barrios is a football stadium in Coatepeque, Guatemala. It was inaugurated on January 30, 2011. Its construction started in 2009, with funding from local entrepreneur Israel Barrios (after whom the stadium is named), who aims to finish the project in coming years. The venue is currently the home of football club Deportivo Coatepeque, who compete in the Liga Nacional de Fútbol de Guatemala in the Guatemalan football league system. During 2011 it has been planned for the stadium to host games of the Guatemala national football team, upon approval of the venue by FIFA. Jeffrey "Ziggy" Korytoski (born 1977) is an American professional soccer coach. Career Korytoski is currently the Sporting Director and Head Coach for ALBION San Diego. Prior to his time in charge he was the Director Tecnico (Head Coach) for Antigua GFC in Guatemala's Liga Nacional. His teams are known to be possession oriented in the build up, dynamic in the final third and extremely organized and disciplined defensively. Korytoski holds both his UEFA A and USSF A Licenses and has been very active in each of the communities he has been a part of throughout his career. Korytoski began his international coaching career in 2007 when he was hired to coach the Northern Mariana Islands National Football Team. Byron Romeo Pérez Solórzano (born 18 March 1959) is a Guatemalan football coach and former player who spent most of his career with local club Comunicaciones, and was also a member of the Guatemala national team for over a decade, playing in three World Cup qualifying campaigns and at the Olympic Games. Club career Nicknamed "''El Duende''" ("the elf") due to his short height (he is 1.64 m tall), Pérez was a talented forward who played primarily on the left wing. Ilmer is a village in Buckinghamshire at the foot of the Chiltern Hills about northwest of Princes Risborough, near the boundary with Oxfordshire. It is in the civil parish of Longwick-cum-Ilmer.
