Deng Kai
Deng Kai (; born December 1959) is a Chinese politician currently serving as the deputy party secretary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. He was previously deputy Party Secretary of Henan province. He worked for most of his career in Jilin province. Biography Deng Kai was born in Gai County, Liaoning in 1959. He attended Jilin University and obtained a degree in Chinese literature; he also has a master's degree in economics. He joined the workforce in July 1984. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1986. For much of his earlier career he worked for the provincial Communist Youth League organization. He served there until 1997 when he was transferred to work for the provincial party's Organization Department, handling administrative affairs. He was named a deputy head of the department in 1998. Wang Jiong (; born September 1964) is a Chinese politician, and current chair of the Chongqing branch of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He began his political career as an administrator at Wuhan Steel. He was previously the Deputy Communist Party Secretary of Henan province. Life and career Wang was born in Huaibin County, Henan. He studied at the Wuhan Steel College (later Wuhan University of Science and Technology). He joined the Communist Party of China in November 1984, and began work in July 1985. All-China Federation Of Trade Unions
The All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) is the national trade union center of the People's Republic of China. It is the largest trade union in the world with 302 million members in 1,713,000 primary trade union organizations. The ACFTU is divided into 31 regional federations and 10 national industrial unions. The ACFTU is the country's sole legally mandated trade union, with which all enterprise-level trade unions must be affiliated.
