Den lilla fågeln is a song that Karin Gustafsson and Mikael Timmermann from Getinge appeared in the television show ''Chansen'' that originally aired over Sveriges Television in early 1981. The song was written by Karin Gustafsson, and received major airplay over Sveriges Radio Halland. The song lyrics tell a story about young girl named Lena (name), Lena, who is sleeping on a Sunday morning when being wakened up by a bird appearing next to her window looking for food, and she wants to let the bird in for a while, but not strip the bird on its freedom. Other recordings In 1984, the song was recorded by Stig Lorentz on the album ''Räck ut din hand'', and in 1989 Thord Åhman recorded the song on the album ''På väg 3''. Stefan Borsch scored a Svensktoppen hit charting for 20 weeks between 29 November 1987–17 April 1988. ''Svensktoppen'' () is a weekly record chart airing at Sveriges Radio. Until January 2003, the songs had to be in the Swedish language. Svensktoppen has aired since 1962, except for the years 1982-1985. The last years before the January 2003 change, the programme was strongly dominated by dansband music. Paul Sahlin (born Paul Johansson; 30 March 1955), known by his stage name Paul Paljett, is a Swedish singer, songwriter and musician. Later he became a funeral director. He is well known for songs like the 1977 Svensktoppen hit '' Guenerina''., ''Flyg min fjäril flyg'' and the Christmas song '' Jag önskar er alla en riktigt god jul''. Stefan Borsch
Stefan Henrik Borsch (born 19 January 1947) is a Swedish singer, songwriter and musician. At first, he sang for Swedish dansband Öijwinds, and from 1973 for the dansband Vikingarna (band), Vikingarna, which he left in 1979. After this, he began a solo career. He participated at the Swedish Melodifestivalen 1985 with the song "Sjung din sång", which was knocked out in the first round. In parallel to his solo albums he also sang with Anders Engbergs until 1988. The upcoming year he began appearing together with Spotlight, later appearing under the name Stefan Borsch orkester releasing albums until the 1993 band breakup. Between 11 February 1995 and 4 December 1999 he was a member of Keith Elwins orkester. before ending his musical career in 1999. On 3 July 2004, he made an appearance in the Arvika Park together with Vikingarna during the band's final appearance.
